Bombardier Customer Services Team Wins 2012 Gold Stevie® Award

The Bombardier Customer Services team was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the category: Customer Service Department of the year, Airline, Distribution and Transportation, at the 6th Annual Stevie Awards Gala on February 27, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Bombardier Customer Services was selected for demonstrating exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction since 2010, with year-over-year enhancements and a plan in place for continued improvement in the future.

This award recognizes Bombardier Customer Services’ commitment to driving enhanced customer services through communication via the Bombardier Customer Response Centres (CRC) in Mirabel and Toronto; improving aircraft reliability through close collaboration with customers; enhancing web support with the addition of new capabilities to the customer portal www.iflybombardier.com; and developing exclusive customer and supplier initiatives to continuously improve aircraft operations.
